1. Services
All services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Payments
By booking with F-CSAY Dream Salon, you consent to having your photos and videos taken and used across our social media platforms.
• Once a style is booked, it cannot be changed.
• All bookings and appointments must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• If booking within less than 3 days, please text us to confirm your appointment.
• Appointments are scheduled through Vagaro.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. No Refund Policy
All services are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
5. Late Policy
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.
6. Satisfaction Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and maintenance.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, damage due to improper aftercare, or third-party service issues.
8. Intellectual Property
